Page Six and PEOPLE report that Rob Kardashian attended his sister Kim’s 46th birthday party in Beverly Hills, a rare public appearance for him. Page Six says Kim arrived in an emerald-green chainmail caftan, then changed into a red version inside the restaurant. Her mother Kris Jenner and siblings Kylie, Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian also attended, according to Page Six.
