Tom Cruise’s ‘Digger’ and DreamWorks’ ‘Forgotten Island’ reportedly post modest box-office totals

A movie account says Tom Cruise’s ‘Digger’ made $8 million in its first U.S. week and no more than $20 million worldwide by October 5, against an estimated $140 million to $180 million production budget. The same account says DreamWorks’ animated ‘Forgotten Island’ earned $7.2 million in its second week, bringing its total to $23.6 million.
