Greenwich Entertainment acquires North American rights to Simple Town’s ‘Big Break’

Deadline reports Greenwich Entertainment acquired North American rights to ‘Big Break,’ the first feature from sketch group Simple Town, with a nationwide theatrical release planned for 2027. The film follows a fictionalized version of the group reuniting years after splitting up, hoping to land roles in a successful former member’s next movie. Screen reports that it premiered at Fantasia and was directed by Ian Faria from a script by Samuel Lanier.
