Nintendo just DMCA'd every Switch emulator, but it's not over yet - Android Authority

Nintendo has sent DMCA notices to all Nintendo Switch emulators on GitHub, including active projects like Citron and Eden. Although the repositories are still online, they may be removed soon. Active projects are now hosted on private servers, making them harder to find and potentially exposing users to malware. Nintendo's legal action is based on the circumvention of technological protection measures and the ability to play pirated content.
