how to up diggnation viewership? engineer controversies?

so the show is amazing everyone agrees however views per episode have not yet broken 100,000 much less 1,000,000 or rogan or lex levels, so maybe they should be more engaged with the other pods, like commenting on other shows, or critizing them, etc... thoughts?
