Prompt about duplicate posts?

I 100% know I am guilty of not searching before posting, and then scrolling and seeing the same story was posted once, twice or more. I assume it’s coming down the pipe but if not, when going to post it should prompt you with a “hey we found a similar story posted here, here and here. Do you still wish to post this?”…. As I write this I imagine there is another post mentioning this in /Digg already lol
