Community Management Questions - How Do Things Work?

I have a few questions - hoping for clarification:

1. If a user blocks me, and then posts something that warrants removal in a community I manage - like it being against Digg or Community guidelines - will I see it and be able to remove it?

2. If a user in a community I manage reports a post, who gets that report? Me, or the Digg dev team? Both?

3. If a post in a community I manage is auto moderated, does it show on the community ledger?

4. Is there a way to view the ledger on mobile, or only on Desktop?
