Ability to follow individuals?

I'd love to be able to follow posts from individual accounts, because I've already stumbled on to a few accounts in the cyber security communities that have good info and I'd like to see more of their posts. Or at least be able to manually go back to their profile without having to bookmark it in my browser. Whether it's a "friends" list or a "follow" list, whatever.

Come to think of it, this could make Digg the best mix of classic Digg, Reddit, and other social media platforms like Twitter or BlueSky.
