Will The Communities People Are Suggesting In Diggisfor Have A Mod Team ? Will The Suggester Be Appointed As a Mod?

So I wanted to know if the people who are suggesting the communities in DiggIsFor be appointed moderator of those communities? Will Digg have a mod structure similar to Reddit or will it be different? Thanks everyone!
