This has happened repeatedly on mobile today. I’m scrolling along and all of a sudden I get taken back to the main Digg login screen. It doesn’t matter if I’m on My Feed, All Feed, or scrolling within a sub. Force-quitting the app and re-opening gets me right back in without having to actually enter my credentials again. Anyone else seeing this?

Sorry for the trouble here! We typically only see this when users have subpar service/signal but I see below that you're on WiFi. That said, I'm still seein' some network errors in the logs coming from your device.
We have a new version in review that includes session recovery improvements, which should help prevent the app from making it look like you're logged out when we can't connect.

It’s been happening to me if I lock my screen with the app open, and then unlock in 10-15 minutes

i get that all the time too. pretty sure it's a refresh, because some apps will do that and others don't. facebook and twitter for example do, but apollo (both app store version and sideload version), lifetap, and foobar2000 never do that.
hopefully the digg devs can fix that so the app stops suspending+restarting. i'm assuming it's some kind of power save thing.

Whenever I leave the app for a while, it seems to lose the login credentials and doesn’t refetch. I have to kill the app and reopen it to get it to work again

I had this happen a while ago one of the reasons I didn't start or make any communities. It took me a long time to log in to my Digg account let's say...This definitely needs to be worked on more.

Those improvements sound great, I get the suddenly logged out thing happening to me too but I know why. I'm stuck on my mobile data at home and my service stinks where I currently live unless its at least 9pm.

I'm on a wired desktop connection and it happened to me too, around midnight.
