Community creation and editing issues today

I'm sure they will be solved, but just wanted to bring them up in case they weren't made aware yet.

1. Communities sometimes cannot be created at the "create" click stage. Then the page errors out and you need to refresh to try again.

2. Communities sometimes can't be edited after creation, or at times.

3. If editing, sometimes the page unloads itself after a few minutes of waiting.
