Can't create a community that has the same name as an account...

There is an account that has the same name as the community i'm trying to create. But no such community of the same name exists.

Digg team, please fix this. They're just parking the name as an account which prevents me from creating a community of the same name.

It's not even the same URL for an account and a community.
