Building community

I’m trying to get two subs off the ground and . Looking for tips in terms of community growth. With exception of organic growth from people just searching for the topics, are there any other recommended activities or methods?

Solid agree. Majority being new, we should all engage thoughtfully. Otherwise we have no right to complain about the culture later on, notwithstanding the things we can’t control. We ARE the culture. Anyone can help it take shape.

For example, I didn’t know anything and still don’t know much about -ing, but engaging with the founder in a separate post was very easy and genuine. And I even learned something new.

Or how some people just want happy things, so engaging with gave me an opportunity to get a different perspective on how it might differ from or .

You gotta stay curious!
