Will the orignal "Digg" button return?

One thing I've noticed that has gone missing on the updated look to Digg is the original Digg button that was added not too long ago. I very much liked that button, but I noticed it's no longer on the desktop or iOS builds of the app. I am assuming this is the same case as the Android app as well.

Any news about that?
