Mobile website or app device support

Is there a timeline for being able to use a mobile version of the website? I can't get the app to download on my phone because google play says my device is unsupported (Note9 SM-N960F).

I tried downloading the apk with Play Protect disabled and it outright refuses to run if it because I didn't get it off the Play Store. Atm my only workaround is to run the desktop site in my mobile browser, which is lagging quite badly :(
