Posts I've buried keep reappearing even though they should be hidden permanently

I've been having this issue where posts keep showing up in my community no matter what I do. These are ads with pictures and links, the usual spam stuff. I remove them from the community and bury them, but every single time I open the community they're right there again like nothing happened. Shouldn't buried posts stay buried? What am I missing here?
