It’s very hard to tell wether we upvoted or downvoted, and the tap target area for icons is too small. Please revert these changes.

Dear developers. I think these new UI changes you made are a serious downgrade compared to what it was before. Both of the upvote and downvote arrows have some gray tone that is very difficult to differentiate from one another, unless one looks very closely. And I feel like this is wasting our time.

– Why can’t they be different colors? The Reddit mobile app uses red for upvote, and blue-ish color for downvote.

Additionally the icons have become very small and the tap target area with that aswell. It’s difficult to try and tap the right arrow.

Really not a fan of this update in terms of UI, and I hope it’ll be addressed. I get it that you’re still sort of experimenting with the UI, but I would advise you to take some inspiration from Reddits mobile app. I’m not saying they’ve got it all right and perfect (please don’t implement awards nonsense) - however the Reddit mobile app UI is much more polished and easier to navigate.
