We need our own version of showerthoughts from reddit on this website.

r/showerthoughts on Reddit was one of the greatest places on the internet for random and unique thoughts that sparked huge conversations and spread knowledge and critical thinking in some cases to the masses. I have been using the internet since the 90's, I grew up with it from newgrounds to Instagram and beyond. Showerthoughts was by and far a unique space because it was the only major avenues for free thought on the internet that actually got attention. Unfortunately it no longer exists as it did all those years ago. It was destroyed by bots and over moderation to the point that people struggled to even post anything. Getting past the auto mods destroyed the organic nature of it. I want to see that kind of space bloom here again with a new community. Let's bring it back, reddit did not make that sub, people did. Let's make one here.
