Ledger Questions

Unless I'm mistaken, currently the Community Ledger only shows removed Posts. Is there an intention for it to also show that Comments were removed? Or will there be a Post Ledger (when you're viewing the post) for removed Comments?

To take it a step further, and I genuinely don't know if this is a good idea or not, but is there any intent for a User Ledger? To see removed Posts/Comments by an individual user?
