Why does Digg not categorize all the communities?

I only followed 6 communities. That's pretty small. I'm trying to find more interesting communities, but I can't think of any on my own, so the keyword search doesn't work for me. If there's a categorized list of all the communities to explore, it'll be much easier for me.
