Notification improvement on nested comments

As I recently worked on nested comments, pagination, and notifications, here is one thing that I instantly noticed would improve the user experience. Clicking on a notification, which is a reply to a nested comment, should act as a permalink and bring you to that exact child comment's position and maybe add a light yellow highlight so you can see exactly which comment someone replied to you. Right now, it just brings you to the parent comment, and you have to figure out yourself which comment you are looking at in the child tree. Also, my approach was to include a snippet of a reply in notification so the user knows how the reply starts.
