The "Digg Effect" is dead. But the "Bounce Rate" is higher than ever. Here is my fix.
Veterans here remember the 'Digg Effect'—when getting to the front page meant your server would melt from traffic. It was a badge of honor.
Today, getting traffic is easier, but keeping it is harder. Visitors land, see a generic static form, and bounce.
I built Dashform inspired by the need to handle traffic spikes more intelligently. Instead of a passive form that gets ignored, it’s an AI agent that engages visitors instantly—converting that 'Digg-like' traffic into actual conversations.
Would love to hear how you guys handle retention in the post-Digg era.
