Can we filter low quality domains from /news?

I know this is nitpicky in the grand scheme of things but it’s there anyway to filter domains (and/or memes) that are low quality content farms from (which I presume the entire community wants to have as a showcase for actual news). I’ve seen an influx of links to websites like womenzmag.com or gossippalace.com that have made it to the front page and don’t contribute any original reporting just spammy, ad saturated pages? I mean knock yourself out if you want to post those links other places but it seems for we want to have a high standard for inclusion?
