What's on Mod feature that you're begging for to be on Digg?

This is more for Community Managers that are here on Digg, but what is your most wanted moderation feature that you wish were on here now?

For me I think it's the ability to pin threads. Right now I have many ideas for threads that I want that will be a weekly thing, but I don't have the ability to keep them at the very top to keep them as a constant thing when you were a community. I'm sure this is something that is being worked on and will be added eventually, but I was curious what other features that you want to see.
