new in Digg, saying hi

I am a retired chemical engineer and long time birder. I started working on climate change mitigation about a decade ago volunteering with Climate Foundation. Then I was a volunteer for a while with Open Air Collective. Lately I worked on some small projects with marine-related biomass - which I thought would be a great industry for Puerto Rico where I have been living. But most Puertoricans could care less about climate change, as far as I can tell. So, my level of effort has diminished in the past year or so. Maybe digg can fire me up again?
