Okay, weird question: How do Christians justify oppression of Women?

Ok so Christians are like, "Wommies tempt teh mens therebys should habs no rights," but Jesus says straight up that you should cut off anything that tempts in a verse in which he talks about chopping off limbs if they tempt you.

So shouldn't a Christian man who is unable to behave around women simply become a monk or hermit.
