Anyone else having a bunch of issues with Astound this week?

I’m in Chicago and my internet has been super spotty all week. Sometimes it’s fine, sometimes it’s basically unusable, and a few times it’s just gone out completely. Speeds keep jumping all over the place and I’ve had to restart my modem way more than usual. I’m paying for gig internet and right now I’m barely getting anything. Wondering if it’s just me or if Astound is having problems around the city.
