Any knife nerds on here yet?
There is a lot of noise online when it comes to knives, but not enough honest discussion about craftsmanship, steel, geometry, and how knives actually perform over time in real kitchens. This space is for people who enjoy going a bit deeper, whether you cook professionally or just care about good tools.
We also run The Cooking Guild, where we have spent the past 10 years designing and manufacturing chef knives. That experience is part of why we wanted to create this community, not to push products, but to share knowledge, learn from others, and have better conversations about what actually makes a great chef knife.
