Does anyone else see red as quite a bit “closer” to them?

My understanding is that this is a commonly experienced effect. In the image I provided, the red circles seem WAY closer than the blue, like a 3d effect sort of. It’s highly noticeable on a dark background.

To me, it almost looks like the blue circle is set back like a millimetre into the screen.

Is this as pronounced for everybody?
