Did you know that THC-laced candies are legal in France?
Apparently, shops have been selling THC-laced candies for a few months now, and it seems perfectly normal.
They're exploiting a legal gray area that considers a THC level below 0.3% insignificant... Except that this legislation only applies to cannabis flowers (Who would smoke 10g of CBD flower to feel the effect of half a joint?). It's much less effective when it comes to cookies or gummies, because in that case, a 5g candy can contain up to 15mg of THC, which is quite a lot.
Don't you think that's crazy? I wonder if there wasn't some lobbying behind all this. Ever since they started putting CBD shops everywhere, I've been thinking they're gently preparing us for capitalist legalization, and now this... Honestly, I don't think we'll have to wait long before the last barrier falls. Apparently, this time France can't ban it because of Europe.
