Alleged California brothel network with 30 locations dismantled

A large-scale pimping operation involving dozens of sex workers and brothels across California has been dismantled by law enforcement, resulting in at least two arrests. The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office led the yearlong investigation, executing search warrants at several suspected brothels in Ventura and Los Angeles counties. Authorities arrested Kebin Dong and Wei Nei, who owned and operated a website advertising sex services. The operation included over 30 brothel locations and more than 60 female profiles believed to be commercial sex workers. Both suspects face charges of pimping, pandering, and conspiracy.

SacBee: California gas prices hit lowest levels in years
