I finally found a quicker way to save calendar entries (so I built it).
Hello /calendar. 👋
I’ve been obsessed with optimizing my calendar workflow, but the "input" phase was always the bottleneck.
Getting a physical flyer or a screenshot meant stopping, opening the app, and manually typing out dates, times, and locations. It was just enough friction that I often didn't do it (and then missed the event).
I looked for a bridge to fix this. I wanted something that didn't involve creating another account or paying a subscription just to parse text.
So I built Add to Calendar (iOS & Web).
It uses AI to scan the text from an image and creates the calendar event in about 10 seconds.
The Details:
No Login Required: You don't need to give me your email or create an account. Just use it.
The Workflow: Snap a pic and add the result to your native calendar.
I built this to solve my own headache. I hope it helps you too.
