River of Gold / Missing piece

Just setup the table to play this game again. Have played it a ton but tonight we will be trying it at 4 for the first time. During setup we noticed a green boat was missing from the green player. We have reached out to the publisher to see if we can get a replacement. Have you guys experienced this before?
