Additional moderators?

Will we be able to add additional moderators/founders to communities we create? I have a dozen ideas of communities I'd like to belong to, but if I create them I'll eventually get totally overwhelmed by the workload because other popular social news websites have 10s of thousands of members in their equivalents of these communities.
