Since thoughts can cause brain growth in the form of new neural connections or neurons growing or forming...does that mean that every thought is a physical movement within the universe?

Neurons grow within the brain and they can branch out and touch each other forming new pathways given the right mental stimulation. That means that every time you're thinking something physical within the universe is moving or growing because of it.
