Is Digg friendlier than reddit?

After enduring harrasment from redditors, I just deleted the app because of it and I saw that they have a competitor named Digg that went bankrupt back then and now relaunched now, I'm wondering if they were all the same but I'm asking if users here in Digg also can bully you or what since on Reddit, every users can curse or swear at you
