App bugging and giving the uh-oh screen

Just started using the app (got most recent ver, thx ) and it keeps bugging out and giving me an uh-oh message (see below).

Getting this every few minutes, sometimes when I’m navigating to another page/screen, and sometimes I’m in the middle of reading a post. When on my profile screen, it will show as no posts and no comments exist and a few seconds later, kick me to the uh-oh screen.
