Meet the Maker // Hey there, I’m Jordyn, the maker behind Jo Creative Co. I’m a 30 year old mama and wife!

I was blessed growing up with a mother who loves to craft and create art out of literally anything. She would include us in painting the wildest things sometimes, including our camper trailer into a cow, which we were all so embarrassed about later on. But as I look back, I’m so grateful for the artistic freedom she gave us. I realize now that art is literally my life, it’s everything, and I wouldn’t be the person I am today without it.

A lot of my inspiration for my watercolor art comes from studying botanical illustrations and of course, Mother Nature. While my candle making has turned into a labour of love. I’m constantly in search of exploring pure nostalgia and a connection to all our travels over the years.

When I’m not working, I love sipping on a hot coffee or chai, travelling to somewhere I’ve never been before, and cooking with my husband.
