Random or anonymous chat apps no longer welcome on the App Store

Apple has updated its App Review Guidelines to expand the list of user-generated content experiences that can be removed from the App Store without notice. The new guidelines explicitly include 'random or anonymous chat' apps, citing concerns over intellectual property infringement, bullying, and the objectification of real people. This update follows Apple's removal of similar apps in the past and may be part of a broader effort to protect minors and ensure a safer app ecosystem.
