All You Need Is Kill - Movie

For those who watched the movie, what were your thoughts?

I just came back from the movies and watching it.

SPOILERS AHEAD

Loved the art style, it feels like it has it’s own unique look compared to the traditional anime we tend to see. The colors were especially great during the last fight.

I did feel it being a bit long and repetitive in a way that Edge of Tomorrow did not. I think they should have included Keiji and the scientists earlier on in the plot line. I also wanted some more time inside Darol, or maybe some more obstacles in getting to it. The ending kind of snuck up on me, as I wasn’t aware of what Keiji’s plan was until the Darol shut down when he died (since he had been assimilated) I assumed he was going to die and Rita would have one last shot alone without him in a final loop.

Overall I think it was a good movie and I’d give it a 7/10.
