Anthropic’s IPO prospectus shows nearly $4.6B in 2025 revenue and a $42B net loss

Yahoo Finance, citing Anthropic’s IPO prospectus seen by Reuters, reports that revenue grew 12-fold to nearly $4.6 billion in 2025, while the company posted a $42 billion net loss. TrendSpider, citing Reuters, says roughly $34 billion of that loss came from an accounting charge tied to prior financing. It also reports an $8.06 billion operating loss and $7.33 billion in compute and infrastructure spending. Yahoo Finance says the $518 billion in planned cloud, computing and infrastructure obligations spans the coming years.
