CrowdStrike agrees to acquire Fiddler AI for agent observability

CrowdStrike has announced an agreement to acquire Fiddler AI, but the deal has not yet closed. It plans to sell Fiddler’s agent-observability technology as Falcon Observe, with proposed capabilities including evaluation before deployment and tracing of agents’ reasoning and tool calls. Fiddler’s co-founder hopes the work will build confidence in deploying AI across enterprises. The deal is expected to close in CrowdStrike’s fiscal fourth quarter.
