Claude Sends Message to Wrong Session via AgentChat

Elie Bakouch described an issue with Claude in AgentChat. The system directed messages to the wrong session on two occasions. Each time this happened it activated an idle session located in a different folder. The sessions had no connection to the active work. Bakouch noted the problem occurred during his home setup. He shared a photo showing the message board details. The report comes directly from his account on the platform. No independent reports in the conversation confirm further details or fixes.
