    TLDR

Harry Stebbings posted that he asked a lawyer friend about Legora six months ago and received the answer that the tool handled maybe 10 percent of tasks and was helpful. Last week the same friend said they now just check the output Legora produces for 80 percent of tasks. The friend added they would be very upset if the tool were removed. Stebbings presented the exchange as evidence of rapid change in how the lawyer uses the AI product.

@HarryStebbingsSix months ago I asked a lawyer friend: How much do you use Legora today? They responded: maybe for 10% of tasks. It is helpful. I asked them again last week, the same question: They responded: I just check the output Legora does. If it were taken away, I would be SO SO upset. It has gone from doing 10% to doing 80%. Law will follow the same path coding has done.
