Fal Recast introduced for swapping characters in existing videos
Fal says users can upload a video and reference photo to change who appears on screen while preserving motion, cuts and audio.
TLDR
Fal introduced Recast as a way to replace a character in an existing video using a reference photo. The company says it preserves the original motion, camera movements, cuts and audio, allowing character variations or campaign adaptations without another shoot. Fal says the tool is powered by H3 Max.
