Training Witnesses proposes 'honesty' certificates for ML data and evaluations

The creators of Training Witnesses argue that trust in machine-learning conference results is “utterly broken.” They introduce the system as a way to issue “honesty” certificates for data and evaluations that, they say, a verifier can cheaply check and trust.
