Weaviate 1.40 adds PathSeer for filtered vector search

Weaviate says PathSeer, a filtered-search algorithm available in Weaviate 1.40, can be enabled on existing HNSW indexes without reindexing. In the company’s benchmarks, it was the fastest strategy across almost every workload tested, including all six production-like conjunction filters.
