Skills as installable plugins is such a smart pattern. Claude Code does something similar with CLAUDE.md. Wonder if we'll see a shared marketplace for these.

@jxnlco The nice bit is letting Codex inspect the skills repo itself instead of picking from a stale list.

I have been able to create custom skills, combining multiple skills, me and my friend even used it for fuel cell thesis work.
And even ask it to use specific model for subagents
