Large Company Switches From Google Chat To Slack For AI Agents

Gergely Orosz posted that he heard a large company is moving from GChat to Slack because Slack offers much better agent operability. He expressed surprise that AI plus agents became a selling point for Slack and asked why Google had not focused on agents in GChat. The same post noted Cloudflare's continued internal use of Google Chat and expected a future move once AI agent needs become pressing.
