XREAL AURA launches as the first wired XR glasses powered by Android XR

Google says XREAL AURA launched on October 28, 2026, with transparent lenses that display multiple app windows while keeping surroundings visible. Gemini can help with what users see on their screens or around them. Google said orders opened that day in the U.S., Canada and Korea, with Japan following on November 2 and launch pricing starting at $1,099 through the end of 2026.
